When will my order ship?
After the 7-8 business days it will take to custom produce your order, it will ship via U.S. Postal Service mail, which has an average of 2 to 4 days to deliver within the contiguous US. International order
What is your return policy?
All products purchased on Prep Sportswear are custom made and printed just for you. Returns/exchanges can not be made unless the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us right away with your order number and email and we will remedy this by replacing the defective/damaged item. If something you received is not up to our usual standards please contact us and we will gladly review this.
How do I cancel my order?
Products purchased on Prep Sportswear are custom made and printed just for you. Therefore, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Click on Help then Track Order link at the bottom left of the page to pull up your order. In the order details on the lower left, click Cancel This Order. You’ll see the status of the order change to Cancelled. You may also contact us for help with cancelling your order. However, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for u
How can I check the status of my order?
Click the Track Order link at the bottom of the page. If you checked out as a guest, input your order number, the last name on the shipping address and the zip code of the shipping address. If you have an account, you can pull up your full order history.
Do products run “true to size”?
Sizes vary from brand to brand, product to product. A large in one brand may be equal to an XL in another brand. Each item includes its own size chart. You can find the size chart located near the drop-down where you select the size you would like. We recommend taking a like-garment you currently wear and obtaining its measurements as a helpful comparison.
How do I change my order?
All products purchased from Prep Sportswear are custom made and printed just for you. Because your order is custom made, we hold your order for 2 hours for you to contact us with any changes to your address/billing, shipping, or the product size or color. You may contact Customer Service using our chat system from the home page in the lower right corner (shows in orange). You can also cancel your order up until 2 hours after the order is placed and place a new order with the changes you woul
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes! After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that will provide your order number, price, item description(s), size(s), and quantity. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, size or quantity, you have 2 hours to cancel your order before we start to custom-produce it. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. We will send a separate shipping confirmation email once the order ships from our facility.
Can I ship to an address outside of the United States?
Yes. We do ship internationally and the list of countries we ship to will be in the dropdown at checkout. Please note that the order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Prep Sportswear is not responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. All orders ship via United States Postal Service.
What can I use as a form of payment?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also accept payment via Paypal. We do not accept payment by Purchase Order or check.
I have entered a number and/or year, but it isn’t showing up in the design. What’s wrong?
Not all designs use the number or year field. You need to select a design that includes the number and/or year in addition to entering the number and year in the correct fields. We cannot add number or year to a design template that doesn’t already contain this field. You’ll see the number field and the year field highlight from grey to green when the design you’ve selected contains one of those fields.
What if my promo code isn’t working?
Please double-check that you have entered the correct letters and numbers without spaces. If everything matches and your code still isn’t working, please contact us.
How can I determine if a store offers officially licensed product?
If a store offers Officially Licensed Merchandise it will be clearly identified in the store header directly below the name of the store. Example: Baylor University Bears Apparel Store Officially Licensed Collegiate Merchandise
I don’t see my favorite school listed? How do I get products for my favorite school?
Schools are listed under the cities in which they are located. If your school is missing from our directory, you can request that we add it by clicking the New Store Requests link located at the bottom of the page.
What if a product is out of stock?
When an item shows as out of stock on our website, that item is currently unavailable for purchase. As soon as the item becomes available, this will update on website. Also, occasionally products may become unavailable shortly after your order has been placed. When this happens, you will be notified via email and given the option to remove the item from your order, or to cancel the entire order. After two weeks, if the out of stock item is still unavailable and you haven’t removed the item from
Why can’t I add a name to my item?
Some of the designs we produce do not allow for a name field. Also, we are unable to add names to some college items due to NCAA regulations.
Where do I enter my promo code?
Promo codes are entered on the shopping cart page. There is a box on the lower-left side, almost directly opposite the sub-total. Next to the box is a button that says “Update Promo Code”. Just put your code in the box and click the button. Please note, only one promo code can be used at a time.
The reviews of the product I want say that it “runs small” or “runs large”. Should I order a larger/smaller size than I typically wear?
We encourage our customers to share their opinions and feedback. We share this information to help in the buying process. With product reviews, it’s important to remember that customers’ body types range greatly. Our goal is to provide you with both the product size chart and product reviews so you can make the most informed choice.

Will you charge sales tax on my order?
Sales tax will only be added to orders shipped to addresses in Kentucky and Washington.
Who produces and fulfills product orders placed with this website?
All products on the website are exclusively produced and fulfilled by Prep Sportswear.
There is a product I like, but it includes text/graphics I don’t want. Can I change it?
We cannot modify or remove graphics, or add or delete lines of text. We only offer products with images that are currently seen on the site.
What if I don’t know my measurements?
We recommend trying to obtain your body measurements as it is the best guide. Another option is to measure the width and length of another apparel item you own and compare it to the item you’d like to purchase.
